A lighter, fresher and beautifully balanced take on the classic Negroni. 
 
With help from the brilliant Chris Jarrett (aka The Bearded Barman) Holly’s Gin has been infused with same-day-picked Cornish Boddington Berries strawberries, blended with Knightor Rosé Vermouth and the bittersweet brilliance of Sipello Aperitif (all wonderful British producers that Holly admires).
 
How to serve:
- Pour 100ml chilled, straight from the fridge
- Serve over ice
- Stir gently & garnish a with a fresh strawberry
