Holly packs and ships all the orders herself, as quickly as possible! If choosing standard shipping this is usually sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Express is sent with APC Overnight. Both are signed for, but Express is fully tracked.

Holly Harwood is working hard to be plastic free! Holly's Gin bottles are proudly packaged in Flexi-Hex (another fantastic Cornish brand). These are plastic-free, recyclable, biodegradable and compostable! Fragile glassware is either packaged in recyclable air packs or recycled packaging. All mail bags used are also recyclable. 

Shipping costs will be slightly more if going to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore  (Isle Of Wight, Scilly Isles etc) - please message Holly for shipping options.

Unfortunetely Holly is currently unable to ship outside of the UK, but is working on it!

Our returns policy lasts for 7 days (of receiving your order) if you change your mind and no longer want your purchase.

*Gin must be unopened, still sealed and in the same condition that you received it.*

All sales are final for vintage items. Each piece from this collection is vintage or pre-loved, so some use and wear is to be expected. However Holly makes sure there are no chips!

Once we receive the item back, your refund will be made via the same method of payment used to make the purchase.

The postage of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods.

All items are very well packaged, so should not arrived damaged. However if this does happen, please contact us as soon as possible with any photographs to help us resolve the issue quickly.
